Would you prefer to have your smaller dog stay with someone that they won't outsmart or even untrained? We will re-enforce good dog manners from experience in improving care and training of many dogs.
Why board at a kennel with all the stress, barking, and fleas/infections that housing so many dogs in one place create? Stay in a trainer's home with our Avondale dog, Rocko who tests our VIP standards daily. Why travel far? We are 5 minutes from end of 520 in Redmond, 3 blocks off main road on dead end street on 2.5 acres next to the 70 acre town park with trails. |
All the attention and comforts of a loving home with the oversight of a husband and wife animal care team.
We will observe your dog's daily habits improving and expanding on them creating a positive learning experience for them during their stay with us.
We renegotiate your human and canine partnership with better terms for owners... all in a time you need to be away from your dog anyway.
Your dog will be more impressed with humans, try to listen more what we have to say and do, and what they can learn or get from any human interaction.
We help you connect with your dog using DOTS. Dor’s Obedience Training and Socialization method.
You will love the more polite, confident, and responsive dog that comes home with you. Each stay, we will try new things and tune-up on the old lessons.
We will provide feedback so you will learn about your dog, how to understand each other more, and new ways to enjoy being together.
All captured in our special Avondale Dog photos and short videos to see how your dog is doing...daily.

We will refresh basic training gaps that we see on a leash and in the home considered good dog manners. Specific dog training can be added on as an additional charge if discussed beforehand. No unsupervised roaming to chew on and/or swallow unsafe items around a strange house. All areas are tested to be dog safe daily. Have doors and gates. No stairs. Heat and a/c. -Your dog stays with us in our Home Office, Kitchen, TV Room similar to being at your home. -Afternoon naps and overnight crate time for adequate separation breaks to prevent anxiety. We re-enforce no Barking for attention, Running out the door, or Pulling on the leash. No feeding of human food. No Begging at kitchen table. No fussing for human attention allowed. We address your dog's being home sick by putting their mind and body to work then napping. There is a purposeful effort to try something different or deepen knowledge/confidence each time your dog comes to visit. If your dog is a frequent guest, learned to be obedient on a leash, and ready to deepen socialization in public, we may take car trips out to a pet store or other parks/outdoor public spaces on weekends. At pickup, we will briefly provide you with tips on dog care or training that we have observed during the stay. Additional owner training sessions are recommended for specific issues as a follow up.
